1. Introduction

Welcome to ScriptRelax. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at Tunnel A, Singapore, and your purchase of wellness services and calligraphy workshops. By accessing our site and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services & Bookings

ScriptRelax provides professional wellness treatments, including but not limited to, traditional massage, aromatherapy, and hot stone therapy, alongside cultural calligraphic art workshops.

• Appointments: All sessions must be booked in advance via our online portal or by calling +6589866786.
• Punctuality: We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your massage appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate subsequent guests.
• Health Disclosures: It is the client's responsibility to inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to the session.

3. Workshop Participation

Our calligraphy workshops are artistic experiences intended for relaxation and cultural enrichment. All materials provided during the workshop remain the property of ScriptRelax unless otherwise stated. Participants are expected to follow the instructor's safety guidelines during the use of ink and traditional tools.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and ours. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. "No-shows" will be charged the full price of the service.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of booking or immediately following the service. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. All prices are in SGD and inclusive of relevant taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, logos, designs, and calligraphic art displayed on this website are the intellectual property of ScriptRelax. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any part of this site without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScriptRelax and its therapists shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
